Cusco24 provides private transportation, airport transfers, intercity transfers, hourly taxi services, and sightseeing tours throughout Peru.

2. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or authorized representatives.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including pick-up/drop-off locations, travel dates, passenger count, and contact information.
• Cusco24 reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if false or incomplete information is provided.
• Reservation confirmations are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

3. Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency unless otherwise specified.
• Payment may be required in full or partially in advance depending on the service.
• Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer, or digital payment platforms.
• Additional charges may apply for:
  
  • Extra waiting time
  • Additional stops not included in the original booking
  • Route modifications requested by the client
  • Toll fees, parking fees, or entrance tickets where applicable

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before service may qualify for a full or partial refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may incur cancellation fees.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are generally non-refundable.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider.
• Cusco24 reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather, road closures, strikes, or safety concerns.

5. Service Conditions

• Customers must be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time.
• Delays caused by the customer may reduce service duration or incur additional fees.
• Cusco24 monitors flight/train schedules when applicable, but customers must provide accurate schedule details.
• Vehicle assignments depend on passenger count, luggage, and availability.
• Smoking, illegal substances, and dangerous materials are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Follow driver safety instructions
• Use seat belts at all times
• Respect vehicles and staff
• Cover costs for damages caused intentionally or through negligence
• Ensure children use legally required safety seats when applicable

7. Sightseeing and Hourly Services

• Tour durations and routes may vary due to traffic, weather, or local conditions.
• Entrance tickets, meals, or guide services may not be included unless specifically stated.
• Customized itineraries are subject to schedule feasibility and operational limitations.
• Cusco24 may adjust routes for passenger safety or operational reasons.

8. Liability Limitations

• Cusco24 is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Government restrictions
  • Road conditions
  • Third-party service interruptions
• Cusco24 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal belongings.
• Customers are advised to secure travel insurance for broader protection.

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during booking is used solely for service operation, customer support, and legal compliance.
• Cusco24 does not sell personal information to third parties.
• Customer data may be shared only with operational partners when necessary to fulfill services.

10. Force Majeure

Cusco24 shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Strikes
• Pandemics
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
